Fuqua School’s strategic plan is built around four core commitments that define how we teach, mentor, and support students every day. These pillars don’t just include what we do in the classroom — they’re the foundation for every investment we make in our school’s future, including the campus transformation currently underway.
Building Together, Soaring Beyond
A new Upper School for Grades 7–12
Construction is underway on a transformative new Middle and Upper School building — a state-of-the-art facility that will serve Fuqua students for generations to come.

Over the next year, you’ll witness the exciting transformation of our campus as construction begins on a brand-new Upper School at Fuqua School. This state-of-the-art facility will serve Grades 7–12, providing enhanced learning spaces, modern safety features, administrative offices, and inviting community areas.
This project is more than just meeting current needs — it’s a key milestone in our forward-looking vision for the future of Fuqua. To date, we’ve secured close to $2.5 million in private donations and pledges, with plans to raise an additional $3.5 million over the next three years.
Occasionally, we are given the chance to make a lasting impact. This is one of those rare opportunities — a chance to turn bricks, metal, and concrete into a place where students will be empowered to soar toward their future.

- Removal of trees between the Sand Volleyball Courts and the new building

- Regrading the lower field along Catlin Street
- Relocation of campus power lines behind Gee-Price

The heart of any great school is its library — a place where curiosity is cultivated and ideas take shape. Your gift funds the Library and Upper School Office Space within the new building, creating a dedicated hub for research, collaboration, and academic support. Fuqua's arts and athletics programs are woven into the fabric of who our students become. Your gift funds a brand-new Band Room and an upfitted Football Locker Room — purpose-built spaces where student musicians and athletes can prepare, practice, and perform at their best. Every great lesson starts in a great classroom. Your gift funds a dedicated Upper School classroom in the new building — a space where students will think critically, debate passionately, and discover who they are. Three generations of my family have graduated from Fuqua, including my siblings and me, my four daughters, and three grandsons. In the safe and nurturing environment that is Fuqua School, we learned the values that are important to a productive, principled life. A new building is the essential next step as we all strive to fulfill the mission of the school for future generations of students.
